On-Site Consultations
Onsite assessment for individuals diagnosed with hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, colon disorders, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes or over- and underweight.
Intensive dietary counselling for staff members can also take place onsite. During the initial consultation the following information will be gathered: medical history, anthropometry (weight, height, body mass index) and diet history. Dietary education will be provided based on information retrieved. The first consultation will last 60 minutes.
During the second consultation an individual meal plan, menu and recipes will be provided. The second consultation will last 30 minutes.
Follow up consultations can be arranged in order to meet short and long term goals.
